Reconnect and heal together

Are you ready to take the next step together?

In couples therapy, you will grow compassion and understanding by learning more about how the past impacts each of your presents and ability to connect.

Couples Therapy can help you reconnect with your loved one and bring back the spark from when you first met

Do you find yourselves in an unhelpful cycle full of blame, defensiveness, and criticism? Do you feel unheard in your relationship and no matter what you seem to try, you are having trouble communicating? Do you feel so disconnected that you look at your partner and feel that you don't even know them, and also that they don't know you anymore?

Perhaps your sex life is no longer satisfying. Maybe you used to feel a spark, but now sex feels more like a chore than a source of pleasure and connection. Maybe you struggle to find common ground and shared interests. You seem to have lost sight of why you two were together in the first place.

Do you notice that your pasts, both individually and as a couple, seems to keep coming back up? As if, you are on a vicious carousel of hurt and pain?

No matter what you try, the same fight keeps happening. The same pain keeps happening.

You don’t have to feel this way anymore. Its time to try something different.

Through Couples Therapy, we will work together to learn more about each of your individual pasts, your relationship history, and how all of that is impacting your current ability to connect. I will create a space for both of you to be heard, feel understood, and share. We will explore your dynamic, what makes you turn towards and support one another, and what makes you turn away and put your walls up. I'll help you slow down the cycle that has become second nature and discover and work through new ways of interacting. Through this process you will grow compassion and understanding for one another while feeling heard by your partner.

We can reignite that spark that you once had for each other. In addition to taking a look at communication patterns and dynamics, we will also explore connection. We will look at how you both give and receive love and what each of your dreams and desires are.

Through communication exercises, intentionally working through conflict rather than avoiding it, and growing understanding for each other, you will once again feel connected and like a partnership.
